I appreciated the place, it was clean & the staff were especially helpful and customer-focused. Everything was very good, though a few employees were not very good. They had an English breakfast that included cereals, slices of fresh bread, hot waffles, pastries, and eggs. Unbeatable central location near "Novy Smichov" shopping mall, Prague in winter and the busiest and hippest areas. Also, Longford Pump was 4 km away from the hotel.

I was here for 3 nights and ate at outdoor restaurant for a good meal for two. The breakfast had a good choice of options: cereals, bread, hot waffles, pastries, and eggs.

Everything was really good, nicely designed hotel, the location was fantastic really close to travel by bus tram as well as several tram lines and the metro line. The breakfast was large and free for all tastes, with a lot of good options. The service was friendly with a smooth check-in.

Overall it was a decent size, with a separate bathroom.

Fairly clean place & very friendly staff that met us at the airport to the bell captain that arranged our transport to the rail station after check-out. Well-appointed units with the bathroom. Magnificent location next to a metro stop and a tram stop, and very close to a nice garden.

Magnificent setting, right by a spacious well designed restaurant, with lots of choice in foods and beautiful coffee, the supermarket in the shopping centre opposite and also the cinemas.

The hotel was in the central setting outside of the city centre in a nice suburb which means that you 're a 15 minute tram or metro ride away from the major sights.

The location was unbeatable, short walk to Charles bridge and Pragsky Grad, the tourist locations, and Tesco over the road and lots of pubs and restaurants nearby, in a very new area. We had a large bedroom.

Freshly made cereal, slices of fresh bread, hot waffles, pastries, and eggs for breakfast.

The rooms are very well decorated with comfy bed, excellent bedding and tea/coffee etc. The location is exceptionally nice and unbeatable, worried on how to get there from the airport. The jazz bar offers hot drinks.

The hotel was fairly clean with customer-oriented stuff and varied breakfast. Central location and 1st class property itself. Very well decorated room overlooking the cathedral.

Had an extensive breakfast with innumerate options and scrambled eggs, for example. The hotel was set in a central area not far from a shopping district, the city centre shops and Very close to metro station.

All good - we enjoyed this brand-new hotel - the food was outstanding and the staff were amazingly efficient and efficient. The location was marvellous and the private parking was onsite. Plus it was in a fairly new area.

The units are well-appointed on breakfast which was served in buffet style. The location is perfect and fantastic, within a close distance from Bertramka Villa.

It has amazing location on the metro from all the main tourist attractions, in a relatively quiet area.

1st class hotel with a jazz bar, everything was really good. There were comfortable beds and a mini bar, a kettle, and a safe inside the room. The location was perfect, adjacent to Andel's metro station! Home Office set just 300 metres away from the venue, had a Japanese cuisine.

Large room, large bed and luxurious bathroom. A wide range of food at breakfast like cereal, fresh bread, hot waffles, pastries and eggs. Excellent, incredible location near to the public transports, a mall with a big grocery/supermarket and the Metro and trams very close by and very frequent. Smooth check-in, late check-out. Attentive staff and attention to detail.

The breakfast was extensive and good hot with soups and rice. Central location of this very good business hotel was a bonus. Btw, the airport was 20 km away.

Loved how first-rate the property was and its attentive staff who work as receptionists. Views over the skyline were great, the room was extremely pleasant and brand-new. It had perfect location, very close to main tram stop and metro and several pubs and around the block. Also, it was 3 km from a medieval timepiece.

I loved 3 nights there. My room was decent size and pleasantly furnished thanks to the smart staff. The hotel was in a central setting on the tram to the Castle. Fast food restaurant Arslan Kebab was 300 metres away from the place. There was an Irish bar.

The restaurant was fabulous with a good atmosphere, I tried healthy dishes. The location was great, the staff was smart! It was good to be 1 km away from Vietnam sh fast food, serving short-orders.

The rooms are well-kept with comfortable beds and open air design plus a lovely bathroom and the staff are genuinely helpful. Offers excellent service and fab food.

Large breakfast with a wide array of options, first-rate and fairly clean place. Well-appointed and extremely pleasant room on the upper floors, attentive staff. Magnificent location in all honesty the public transport is great and easy access to shopping malls and a large shopping mall.

The breakfast with pastries, fruits, cheeses was large, you'll find what you need. The accommodation had a central location right next to a mall.

Clean place with great view of the old town. Had very well decorated room for a really enjoyable stay by two nights. Extensive breakfast, a lot of food and beverages. Perfect location, easy walk to everywhere.

Large English breakfasts for all tastes, free wi-fi. Unbeatable and amazing location perfectly located in Smichov on the west of the river with views of the old town. And next to Prague, near the turistic main places, and the main tourist attractions such as the castle / Charles Bridge. Local drinks at Irish bar, welcoming service. Easy parking onsite.

Generally, appreciated this great value and reasonably priced accommodation with caring staff at the reception desk and restaurant. The location was central, incredible in a closer area

the hotel had a central location and it was a walking distance from casino. further, it was near to metro station, 20 and the 191 bus stop. slices of fresh bread, eggs, pastries, cereals and hot waffles were savoury.

The marvellous location for the price, just off a shopping centre, and old town. Soundproof and spotless units with candles, TV and a very large washroom. Very good service, patient staff.

The location is unbeatable, 2 km from a cultural monument. There is a lovely restaurant at a walking distance from hotel.

It was a very very good stay on our holidays. We liked pastries, cereal, breads, eggs and hot waffles served during the English breakfast.

Nothing too much trouble, fine stay during this visit. Offers splendid food for English breakfast. Central location near the city center. Also - close enough to tram stops, the funicular up Petrin hill before 12 o'clock and the airport.

All of the staff were attentive. I loved air-conditioned room here with a balcony and twin beds or double beds plus bathtub...

Everything seemed first-class, spotlessly clean. Efficient staff at the reception desk, the room was air conditioned. Besides, my parking was on site.

It was as expected, had a really good stay for the 3 nights. The breakfast was delicious, the staff was attentive, the grounds were immaculately clean. The location was awesome, the room was silent. The breakfast included breads, eggs, pastries, cereals and hot waffles for everyone.

The restaurant was excellent for both breakfast and dinner here, I had awesome dishes. Exceptionally comfortable beds, under-floor heating and armchairs were a nice touch. The location was UNBEATABLE, within walking distance of Cafe Slavia.

Marvellous location - within walking distance of everywhere we needed. The staff members were consistently courteous and suggested local places.

Thank you for a very nice stay. This unique hotel occupies a very elegant building in the elegant style. The breakfast is enjoyable with standard fare and the rooms are air conditioned and designer.

Service and the food of the hotel were PERFECT. We enjoyed the room, it was good sized.

A tub and a separate shower was a plus. All the personnel was excellent.
