Well-appointed room & extremely comfy bed. Savoury and delicious breakfast to start the day with mushrooms, champagne, boiled egg.

Wi-Fi was very poor.

The room was very large, extremely comfy bed. The breakfast was savoury with rotating items, ham and quiche sometimes, and the restaurant's offer was good. The location was very central, not far from beautiful Prague, Castle and old town and New and Old Town.

Accommodation was reasonably spacious and brilliant with understanding staff on the night shift. We stayed in a classic king room for both bags. The location was great: a shopping area and a market were within walking distance.

The rooms are air-conditioned and brand-new with a super comfortable bed, a spacious bedroom, as example.

I stayed in air-conditioned, a nice size room with 5 star bathrooms, have evening cocktails, for example. The location was highly convenient as for me, just off Old Town Square and Charles Bridge, numerous attractions, bars and restaurants, and river, old town square, Jewish quater and easy access to transport to Prague Castle. Prague 1 district was worth staying in.

Enjoyed the place, had a really enjoyable stay up until that last night. The stuff was highly efficient and knowledgeable all the time. We got room with very elegant decor and a spotless bathroom to relax. The hotel had a very central position just next door to the Old Town Square and Charles Bridge as well as tram station and one of the main shopping street.

We ate at a good restaurant for dinner. Really enjoyed downstairs bar and its complimentary drinks.

Had very central location very close to the river where you can rent a pedal boat or drink beer on the island. Besides, the hotel was 4 km away from Staines Moor Country Park. The room was extremely spacious and silent for both bags and with smoke detectors for safety measures. Good heating, tea/coffee, and a sofa set were much appreciated.

The property seemed overall clean and the room was great value. The restaurant was good for dinner here, I had light dishes. It was equipped with tea/coffee and a mobile. I spent 2 nights here and greatly enjoyed that.

The breakfast was freshly prepared and extensive with a wide range of delicacies. I really enjoyed the location, it was quiet and perfect near the centre of prague.

The total stay was enjoyable up until that last night. The rooms were all a decent size and functional with sofa. Coffee & tea making facilities and glassware worked well.

Possibly the best and such great stay for a brief visit. The airy and spotless room with comfy beds. Great restaurant, for dinner.

The place was fairly clean and wonderful, it had pretty friendly staff from the driver to receptionist. The breakfast was perfect with wine and quiche sometimes and omelettes, exactly what we required. The location was marvellous isavailable in public areas.

We expected there would be service, but didn't find it.

Delightful fairly clean property, it has understanding and courteous staff with two champagne glasses and bubbly.

The restaurant here was good for dinner, we both ordered hot dishes. The bed was very comfy, and it was convenient to have an electric kettle and glassware. The location was excellent, a 10-15 minute walk from House of the Black Madonna. The staff were best and amazingly efficient in case of questions.

The room was well-kept and nicely decorated and it had shower facilities, a hairdryer, and soft bathrobes, that's cool. The hotel had a central location right across the police station.

We liked the elegant-style building and well-appointed room with good-sized bathroom. It was in a very central setting next to the police station.

Fairly clean place & competent stuff from the driver to receptionist. A decent size and air conditioned room with high ceiling. Magnificent location very close to the old town square, easy to get anywhere. Again, not far from Charles Bridge.

Absolutely perfect, convenient location in the very very nice area. Besides, easy access to Naprstek Museum of Asian.

All the staff were pretty friendly, the breakfast was tasty with crepes and omelette, as for instance. This hotel was set in a very central area near to Old Town, Charles Bridge, the main sights, and the center of Stare Mesto.

I had excellent 2-night stay here! Enjoyed the room, it was well-appointed and beautifully maintained with excellent breakfast, amazing bathroom plus fine linens. The service was all in all excellent! They had private parking for gbp 21 per day.

We loved staying 4 nights here. Our classic queen room with bathroom, both bags and high ceiling was air conditioned.

Peaceful accommodation with absolutely perfect setting really close to the train station and tram stops nearby. Honestly nothing too much trouble.

It's pleasant place to stay 1 km away from Charles Bridge. The location is marvellous, the breakfast is perfect. The airport is 20 km away.

Everything met the criteria, I would consider staying here again. Everything was very good as expected. The location was amazing, not far from the Charles Bridge and the boat cruises that provided a beautiful and relaxing tour along the river, and superb restaurants. Prague 1 district was worth exploring. The room was functional & stylish with good-sized bathroom.

Booked it for our trip and had a very nice stay here. The restaurant was great for dinner, we ordered excellent dishes. The location of the hotel was particularly good and absolutely perfect - just a pleasant stroll away from a historic square. Distance to the airport was just 20 km.

All in all everything was great, had a great stay for a brief visit. Really enjoyed extremely spacious classic queen room with comfy beds, wouldn't mind staying there all day. I had good heating and tea/coffee in the room.

Location - stunning, near city center, shops, Charles Bridge, places to eat and pubs/ Cafe's and the tram stops, which then provided easy and cost effective transport around Prague. What we greatly enjoyed was the smart and excellent staff. The room we had included complimentary coffee maker and tea/coffee. The breakfast was savoury for all tastes, and the food was nice.

The rooms are new-fashioned and silent with an individual safe, climate control and a minibar. The beds are comfortable, and the breakfast is extensive. The hotel has the best possible location, away from the central train station.

The superior room we stayed in were impressive with 5 star bathrooms. The location was unbeatable, within easy walking distance of Mucha Museum.

Had a such great stay on a business trip, everything was great. Comforts of silent classic queen room with very comfortable bed were fabulous. The personnel was pleasant and courteous, doing their best to assist. The location was brilliant, you can visit Charles Bridge by walking. The area was pretty nice right by decent restaurants, Prague and the main sights.

Make sure you stay in the superior double room with a nice sofa to rest on after a long day's walk, chairs to sit and very comfortable bed.

Worth its 4 stars. The staff was helpful, in a great location, had a superb breakfast. Besides, it offers free WiFi. Appreciated dainties at hard rock cafe, it was right by the hotel.

This hotel was fine base for exploring Prague, truly enjoyed it.
