The breakfast was sumptuous, the check in was fast. I was given queen room with an affordable minibar, a storage space, and a safe. The location was comfortable for exploring this very very nice area, just off many attractions, and a quiet leafy square.

Liked our rooms with a view of prague castle. The staff was knowledgeable and extremely friendly. The location of the hotel was central, close to the beautiful Charles Bridge, Lesser Town and several cute bars/bistros on the water. Also, Saint Anne's Well was 3 km away.

Sumptuous and savoury choices for the breakfast. A very well decorated room provided with a spacious bedroom, window to an inside porch, for example. Ideal and strategic location, near so many lovely restaurants.

The setting is excellant and incredible, near to Charles bridge and the castle, centre of old Prague- old world charm-amazing views of the city-, and Castle and downtown, very nice area. Also, it's located 4 km from Harmondsworth Moor.

The location was great, next to a beautiful park, the view was lovely, too. Prague 1 district was definitely worth visiting.

The location was perfect and convenient for me, close to the center. Prague 1 district was worth visiting. The ambience of the hotel was elegant and the room was well-equipped and well-kept with a buffet style breakfast.

The service was nice with a pleasant atmosphere. The pool was great, views were pleasant, and its parking was small. The location was central, just off Charles Bridge, Old Town, Prague Castle and public transport, a quiet square and Malostranska metro station, and there were a cathedral and a palace not far from the venue.

Spent 2 nights here with my dogs, had a very nice stay overall. The shuttle to the airport was a great perk and breakfast was included. It had perfect location, really close to somewhere to retreat to from all the crowds on the bridge. The staff was attentive and I would return anytime.

The room was spotless and complete with antique furniture, a fine view and lovely decor. Everything was good, nevertheless a few employees were extremely unfriendly. The location was particularly good and stunning, not far from the attractions like a cathedral and a palace, and others.

The location was excellent and stunning, near the metro and the interior design was amazing. Furthermore, it was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Staromestske namesti.

Truly enjoyed my really really nice stay for a short visit to prague. Had the deluxe queen room which was modest with a stunning view of the castle. Having a hair dryer, a bidet, and fresh towels was a bonus. The location was excellent, around 10-15 minutes walk from Allegory of night Statue.

The staff are incredibly nice and outstandingly accommodating, managed the parking by hotel. The location is particularly good, within walking distance of a historic square. It is nestled not far from a cathedral and a palace.

Facilities are clean, and there's shuttle to the airport. They serve savoury and delicious breakfasts for all tastes with hot options, cheese plus salads. The personnel is knowledgeable and sincere, and the atmosphere is pleasant. The hotel is in an absolutely perfect location in a quiet and safe area.

Pleasant overall experience. Fairly clean place with stunning view of the castle. Fabulously helpful very professional staff, ideal location next to a beautiful park. And so close to the tram stops, Charles bridge and the castle and Mala Strana near the Vltava River. Very well decorated and brand-new room, shower facilities, a hair dryer and a bidet in the room. Great pool, parking outside the hotel.
