the staff are amicable and really care about the guests. the venue has marvellous location in the middle of the city.

Exceptional hotel, its facilities are top class. What a very very helpful staff! Perfect service, public parking available nearby.

I really enjoyed to be here, everything was perfect. Booked a room with all necessary equipment. It was nice to have tea/coffee making equipment and glassware available. The location was magnificent for getting around, as the train station was walking distance to the hotel. Located in 20 minutes' walk to the downtown, the staff were amiable.

The room was clean, there were central heating, an electronic key card, and coffee/tea making equipment. The bathroom had a bathtub, which was great. The staff was very helpful, amicable, no complains at all.

Everything was brand-new during 4 days, thoroughly enjoyed its magnificent and great location so close to Florenc metro station, city center and Prague.

We only stayed here for 3 nights, as we didn't have time, nonetheless everything was brand-new.

I stayed for 5 nights here and had a perfectly pleasant time. The staff was friendly and very very helpful. It had an excellent location short walk to city center, Florenc metro station and Prague. Have stayed here many times and would happily go back again.

There was nothing I didnt like.

We got triple room with all necessary equipment and loved it. We had a private safe, central heating and an electronic key card in the room.
