Residence St Havel Prague Old Town

The service was good with a quiet atmosphere.

It had not very comfortable beds, maybe it was bad luck.

It was impeccably clean, large and with shower.

We stayed in an apartment with a dining area, a seating area, and a writing desk.

Spent here 5 wonderful days and would use them next time. Everything here was very convenient, and the weather was wonderful, loved it. The view was awesome, the service was incredible.

Everything was very convenient, amazingly nice staff, awesome views over the old town. The location was great and stunning, so close to bars!

The hotel was wonderful and perfect fit for our needs, its staff were excellent co-operating. This property was set in a very central area near get to from the airport, and the main square. Prague 1 district was worth exploring.

Would stay here again, greatly enjoyed its wonderful location. All the staff members are helpful and extremely accommodating. It offers great services.

The room we stayed in was a nice size with shower. Just a 10-minute walk away there was Narodni Road tube station.

The hotel was wonderful with great location in Old Town. The staff were exceptionally nice and welcoming and knew how to help. I booked it many times and would be happy to recommend.

Reasonably large and perfect rooms, the views over the old town were amazing. The pillows and bed were good, slept like a baby.

The location was incredible because it was close to the main square and the Christmas market and the Charles Bridge. I dined metres from the hotel at Kogo Havelska. The room was well-equipped with shower, I stayed here for 6 nights.

Peaceful central location right by many restaurants, bars, museums. The room was a nice size with separate bathroom and the view was absolutely stunning. The folks were very responsive and active.

Thoroughly enjoyed the room with shower, my bed was exceptionally comfortable. It was very handy to have a coffee machine and a stove. The location was great and awesome, not too far from Lennon Wall.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were horrible.

Everything was superb, perfect location next to the center on the center, the Old Town where the Prague Astronomical Clock is and great restaurants, bars, music, shops, museums, and also central to all other districts, excellent co-operating staff. The room was a nice size with a comfortable bed and a shower, a hairdryer and fresh towels in the bathroom. And there was a stunning view over the old town.

Had a SUCH WONDERFUL stay with my family members, we spent 4 nights here, everything was great. Incredible location and extremely friendly staff were a definite plus.

I stayed for 5 nights here and had a fantastic time. The location of the property was marvellous, right in the city center. And it was also really close to the alley in which the entrances to and the historical centre of Prague. No reason to complain, loved this place and recommend.

The room had really bad views.

The location very close to city centre was incredible and prime. The hotel was set in a really comfortable area. In the restaurant they served Czech cuisine dishes.

The bed with hypoallergenic pillows was exceptionally comfortable and the room itself was big and fairly quiet.

The rooms are quiet and bright and include a coffee machine and a stove. The service is incredible, includes secure parking.

The room was very large, big bed. Btw it included a microwave oven, a personal safe and a kettle. The location was brilliant, not too far away from Ex Post.

Enjoyed the hotel, it was quiet with unbeatable location next to the Old Town Square.

Appreciated it. Everything was good, the wifi was good. The folks working here were amazing. The venue was set in the very central position not far from the main train station and centre.

Booked it for 2 days and had a good experience. We loved the Italian cuisine in the restaurant: D

Breakfast was missed, we were a little disappointed.

The location of the hotel was amazing and brilliant - within easy walking distance of Cafe Slavia. Everything was great, however a few employees were horrible.

The location was strategic, so close to a cultural monument. The room I got was huge with shower as well as a peaceful inner terrace.

Would stay here again with my friends. I would say it's nice place for staying and exploring Prague. You can relax in restaurants and bars nearby.

It was a great place for our great stay. We had apartment with a separate bathroom...
