The family feel of the place and very central location. Found in the central area. Very good check in and good service.

The hotel provided a good customer service during our city trip.

Reasonably priced place, had a comfortable stay for my vacation. The location was great, short walk to the restaurant in one night, the centrum, and main cultural sites, in a nice area. Also, Harmondsworth Moor was 5 km away. The staff was understanding and gave me great advices. The breakfast selection was lovely for my other meals.

The staff - some of them were not particularly friendly.

Had good service. Good internet, parking onsite. Great and brilliant position in Prague. Plus, walking distance to a Baroque library.

As for me, the area was really loud.

Make sure you stay in the family room with extra bedroom, coffe & tea and kitchen. The staff is extremely friendly and gentle.

Everything is really good here. This place is in an absolutely perfect and amazing location in the Old Town. Also, it is short walk to the center where the clock is, the Bologna and Close to riverside.

The units were airy and the staff were pretty friendly and really polite people at the reception desk. The hotel was set in a very central area next to Charles bridge and the Old town square, tram and metro and supermarket and the main attractions in Prague.

The bed we had was not so comfortable, and views appeared to be ugly.

We had a family room and views were nice. Unbeatable very central location really close to the significant sights, Letna park and tram and metro and supermarket. Really enjoyed our coffee with goodies at Cafe Louvre.

We ate at a nice restaurant with good cheap food and beer. The staff were really polite and super-friendly all the time. The room was impeccably clean and cheap, the location was amazing very central.

The property was quaint with fairly friendly and gentle staff at the reception desk, I liked the stay. The family room was new-fashioned, included luggage storage, free WiFi, and a kitchenette. A bidet in the marble bathroom was a plus. The location was amazing, just off the center of the town that has the large cathedral and astrological clock, sightseeing and the Astronomical Clock. Had lunch/dinner at Estrella restaurant, which I found around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel.

In overall, the place is luxurious, has knowledgeable and hospitable staff at the reception desk. It has stunning, marvellous setting, very close to Charles Bridge and Astronomical Clock, the historical landmarks and the breakfast. There's cool Ypsilon Cafe just a short walk away from the hotel, make desserts etc.

The location was brilliant and awesome, really close to the Old Town Square and Charles Bridge, the Centre and the main sights in the old town and all tourist locations. The staff was courteous, polite, and responded promptly to requests.

Facilities were comfortable, nonetheless Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

Airy units and gentle staff at the reception desk. Magnificent and efficient location, by the taxi they promised me. Based close enough to cheapest, most delicious restaurants, forms of transport and famous sightseeings around old town, also close to the pub streets of Praha square.

Particularly good location next to eating places close by and also very short walk to main tourist area, Praha & the staff and the breakfast and drinks areas are laid out, could not be better.

It was fairly clean, everyone was very competent. Comforts of queen room were fabulous - a mini fridge, a safe box, and luggage storage. The location was magnificent and perfect, and we could reach Lego Museum Prague by walking.

The guest room was brand-new with nice balcony, the bed was very comfy. The breakfast was savoury with enough spread; and the staff was patient. The hotel's location was very central, to many areas of interest. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Iluze Bar.

We were in a perfect and amazing location at a walking distance from a grand theater.

Our room was air conditioned and bright and the food was incredible! The breakfast was savoury with lots of food.

Liked every detail about my very comfortable 2 nights stay here. The place had a FAMILY atmosphere. The service was terrific with parking onsite. The location was incredible and peaceful, not too far from a cultural monument.

The location was marvellous and stunning - ease of access to Cafe Slavia. The airport was 20 km away. Plenty of food items served for incredible breakfast.

Sincerely, it was a wonderful stay for my vacation. The restaurant here was magnificent with good cheap food and beer, I both ordered hot dishes. I appreciated exceptionally comfortable beds.

I enjoyed this beautifully decorated and stylish place, stayed there for 1 night. The staff was welcoming at all times. Pleased it had a bathtub. Location: the hotel was near to all main attractions as well as Charles bridge and the Old town square. Bar Hard Rock Cafe located 1 km away was a nice surprise. It was very comfortable time in Prague.

Accommodation was big and pleasant, beds were large. Twin room was the best. The food was incredible with lots of alternatives. The hotel was in an amazing location very close to restaurants, the city center and Wenceslas Square. I appreciated 3 nights there.

800 feet away from the hotel there is V Zatisi, which is a good dining choice. Tourist destinations like national theatre were adjacent to the property.
