Hermitage Hotel Prague

The room was new-fashioned, with modern decor and climate control, an extra bed, and blackout drapes for our comfort. Liked view of the river and gentle and amicable staff at the reception desk. The location was particularly good and absolutely perfect there, easy to reach by trams. It was also very close to a tram stop nearby, the Czech Republic and reception and bar/restaurant.

The rooms are air conditioned and brand-new, and are complete with a lovely big shower, space for clothes, for instance.

The location was marvellous and lovely, very close to the main attractions and the interior design was modern. Furthermore, I could visit Robert Dundas.

We only stayed here for 3 nights, as we didn't have time, nevertheless everything was very good.

It was clean with very good customer service.

By and large, it was excellent base for sightseeing in Prague, had much fun and met responsive staff that went far beyond what I expected in service.

Silent and soundproof rooms with air conditioning, an extra bed, and Wi-Fi, extremely comfy beds. Marvellous and stunning location in Prague, not far from Charles bridge in less than 2.5 km, and river and tram.

Room was brand-new and staff hard-working. It had really good facilities in the bathroom: a shower, a hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries.

The units were well priced with nice view. There are blackout drapes and coffee - that's always a plus.

The location was exceptionally nice and perfect, close to the main attractions, better than I ever had before. Plus, it was adjacent to the hill with ancient walls, the market, and the two tram stops of Vyton and Albertov.

Everything was very good, so were lovely views over the gardens. The staff were amicable and the setting was good. Further, it was short walk to near the center.

Obviously we really enjoyed the good and absolutely perfect location to all the main attractions along the river. Stuff was super fairly friendly. The room was silent and soundproof with a safe, a nice view at the rooftops of prague, as for instance and the overall experience for the group's visit was excellent.

The hotel staff was not very helpful.

There was a huge variety of food for breakfast, including fresh fruit, muesli, and pastries. Our room was nicely furnished complete with plenty of space for clothes, balcony, as example, good value compared to other hotels. The location was perfect for destinations we were going to.

I greatly enjoyed the breakfast with lots of fresh fruit, pastries, and bacon. The rooms were beautifully designed and new-fashioned and had a well equipped bathroom.

Particularly good location - right by a mini grocery store, the beautiful Vlatava river to the start of the hot spots, or a 5-8 minute cab ride or Uber and a local restaurant which was again superb. Tidy soundproof rooms with comfortable beds, good sound insulation, as example.

The breakfast was extensive and savoury with bacon and Czech specialties included and fresh vegetables and attention to detail.

Extensive breakfasts with muesli and hot food like eggs, for example, the staff were very helpful. The location was excellent for walking around a historic fort.

1st class fairly clean property, it has very efficient staff at the reception desk. The rooms are well furnished and air conditioned and have great view on the town.

It has ideal and decent setting close to the railway line. The breakfast is extensive and savoury and the staff is responsive.

This hotel offers great and beautiful location really close to centre by walk and a local market selling local produce.

Loved my pleasant stay for 5 nights. The location was exceptionally nice, close enough to the tram and subway/metro lines, and good local bars. Visited a gehry-designed tower, one of the tourist spots, located a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

The location was nice for traveling around Prague, close enough to 2 tram stations, the Old Town, Charles Bridge, Castle, Observatory and all of the tourist attractions and Prague and/or public transportation. Besides, this hotel was located 2 km away from Wenceslas Square. The room was nicely furnished with good wifi and it had wake-up service, that's cool. We got free WiFi, a balcony, and a terrace - good value.

Impeccably clean bathroom in the contemporary and beautifully designed room. Gentle staff, attentive services with free wake up service and ironing. Smooth check-in, parking outside. Magnificent location in a quiet neighbourhood with easy walk into town using the path along the banks of the river, in the calm area.

We were offered extensive and savoury breakfast with many options for every taste. The location was perfect, for example, a fortified castle was within a close distance from the hotel.

The location was exceptionally nice and easy, near along the river, riverbank, and tram to Charles bridge. It also was right at the railway.

The location is perfect and magnificent, in the tourist hub. Also it is close enough to the two tram stations ie Alberto and Vyton, Tesco Expres and Naplavka, where gourmet markets take place on Saturday, near the center.

Respectable and spotless place to stay in, it has smart staff on pretty much every level-excellent customer service.

Moreover, we parked the car on-site. Marvellous location - within walking distance of everywhere we needed. Also, a cultural monument was 3 km away.

We think it's a brilliant base for staying in Prague. It has a prime and handy location really close to various tram lines and Prague.

The location was magnificent, you can visit Botanical Garden by walking. Distance to the airport was just 20 km. Stayed here for short stay and had a nice time, we can recommend this hotel.

This hotel was very clean, had fantastic staff and location. We really loved the extra-large bed as it was comfy. There's good choice of restaurants to choose from, like Leknin, set within 5 minutes walk or so.

Good setting right by a tram stop. We loved location and the food here. A great selection restaurants to eat close by, like U Kroka that was only 5 minutes' walk away. The hotel was a short walk to old town square...
