The staff was amiable, some of them especially.

The units are brand-new, reasonably large with cheap beers and large windows plus a balcony. The employees are very helpful and welcoming.

I was happy with hotel's magnificent location very near to the train station. The staff was great and welcoming, so I would stay there again.

The room was huge, the bed was exceptionally comfortable and there was a spotlessly clean bathroom. There were a microwave, an electric kettle, and a dishwasher in kitchenette.

We really enjoyed the hotel and Prague, had 1 very nice days there. Every staff member was very helpful and friendly. This accommodation had a central setting near to the castle. Further, it was right by Smichov train station which is good to go to Kutna Hora or other nearby towns, Prague for Maximum 2 nights and lots of restaurants.

Location was particularly good and great, and the place was best base for a short stay. The staff was great on arrival and throughout the stay.

Overall it was huge and big with a balcony. A dishwasher, a fridge, and an electric kettle were a huge plus.

the location was marvellous and magnificent, close to city centre with easy access to shopping malls and a supermarket. the staff were affable; we had a smooth check-in.

Sadly, but there was hair in some areas.

Stayed here for a short stay and can recommend it. The hotel was a perfect base for enjoying a fairly nice area, next to bars around, Smichov train station which is good to go to Kutna Hora and Kutna Hora. The location of the venue was great - not too far from a gehry-designed tower.

The setting was magnificent, near to tourist areas of Prague, center of Prague, and a Tesco as well as all the other shops in town.

Everything was perfect, FANTASTIC location close enough to metro's as well as metro station, shopping center and center of town, decent experience. Every member of the staff was amazingly nice and welcoming. The check-in was smooth and the atmosphere was quiet overall. Could use their secure parking. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this place.

Some people working there were rather noisy.

Huge and neat unit with a dishwasher, refrigerators and an oven. Spacious bedroom, exceptionally comfortable bed.

Liked the place, had a perfect stay on a vacation.

Amazingly nice staff, good prices, the location is great and magnificent not far from the City center, shopping mall, and transports, metro, shops and lots of restaurants and bars around and the tram. The units are reasonably large, well-equipped for 9 beds.

We liked this staying. Had a really great stay on a vacation, everything was very comfortable. It was brand-new, large and with a balcony. A refrigerator and a stove were nice. The personnel was amiable, and the host too...

Worth its 3 stars. The bed was comfortable & room was very clean.

Water pressure was too low.
