Loved this truly exceptional hotel with genuinely helpful staff especially the staff and manager. The bedroom was great modern and brand-new. The bathroom was beautifully designed, included a large shower and a great shower.

Its location was decent, really close to the main shopping area and the largest mall. Moreover, it was 4 km from Harmondsworth Moor.

The location is marvellous and it is close enough to Hamburg, very easy to get to from the airport on the bus and the square where restaurants and bars are located.

I had the queen room which was well-kept and tastefully decorated on suitcases. It was nice to find an electric kettle and a refrigerator.

Facilities were very good, but Wi-Fi was very poor.

Modern hotel in Prague with efficient staff especially the staff and manager. Warm and absolutely fantastic breakfasts with a decent filter coffee or bean to cup machine. Fantastic stunning location, to trams for further afield areas. And close to the Charles Bridge, the museum, Michael Museum, The Old Town, Wenceslaus Square, the Astronomical Clock, the Municipal House and many more attractions and all the public transports, the old town and the new town.

Central location not far from the main shopping area, the HLN train station and opposite Tiskarna restaurant, it was in a shopping area. I ate at the casual restaurant near the hotel.

The hotel was quaint, and impeccably clean, and the location was absolutely perfect to pretty much everything. The breakfast was gorgeous with a decent filter coffee or bean to cup machine and the fruit, for example, the staffing teams were especially helpful and attentive.

We were in a magnificent location not very far from Astronomical Clock.

So glad that wheelchair accessible room with shower, thick curtains to keep out the light in the mornings plus bathroom I booked was available. I found the hotel's location marvellous and fab, just next door to Charles Bridge. The service was all in all excellent.

The double room is compact and has a kettle and coffee. The location is central. And it's within walking distance of downtown. The restaurant is wonderful for the breakfast and bar.

Reasonably spacious and impeccably clean hotel, location was perfect just next door to metro station as well as Prague-stayed with family of 5 in two rooms. I was there for 2 nights and ate at casual restaurant for breakfast. I thoroughly enjoyed incredibly beautiful views and wake-up service available. The staff were wonderfully helpful and attentive, no reason to complain. In general the service was very good. Got wake up calls free of charge, not bad too.

The restaurant here was nice for tipical czech food, we both ordered tasty dishes. The location was magnificent and awesome, close to Jubilee Synagogue.

Actually everything was perfect, my next choice again in Prague. I loved this hotel, it was beautifully designed and colourful with free wi-fi. In general the staff were efficient and knowledgeable. The room was luxurious and had a laptop safe, a mini bar and central heating as pictured in advertising.

Best possible location and overall the staff was top-class. Found time to see a hilltop park, that's relatively near the property. There was a lovely restaurant for tipical czech food in the hotel.

Really close to old town square and just a 5-min walk from wenceslas square. We went to banh-mi-ba panska for dinner, it was only 400 feet away and we were satisfied. Everything met expectation.
