Absolutely perfect location not far from a bus / tram / metro, and the tram stop and supermarkets. Complimentary drinks and breads and cheese. Very good check in and in general very good service.

Everything was good, including amazingly kind and extremely polite staff at the request to change the room. We had slices of fresh bread and cheese in the morning. We greatly enjoyed spending 1 night here.

A unique hotel, my first choice in Prague. Clean accommodation, super-friendly staff at the request to change the room. High-class & neat room with soaps, a bath plus coffee facilities. Lots of slices of fresh bread and cheese at breakfast.

Had VERY NICE stay for our wedding. The breakfast selection was satisfactory with regular refill. Unbeatable and top location away from the tourist sites, met requirements.

Newly decorated and clean place, easy going staff at the request to change the room. Really nice building and rooms with a bath. What a handy location to trams to everywhere we wanted to go! And close enough to the railway line and the main attractions.

The buffet breakfast was perfect, a wide range of options. The hotel was adjacent to such local attractions as charles bridge. We enjoyed the food and location.
