Marvellous and stunning location at a walking distance from Royal Liver Building. Elegant superior room, exceptionally comfortable beds. Lots of food for a continental breakfast.

Wonderful hotel with very attentive staff and a good restaurant. Very central location, a 10-15 minute walk from Museum of Liverpool. Thoroughly enjoyed very quiet area. Big beds, TV set, air conditioning, and a safe box in the room.

The units are fairly quiet and immaculate with comfy bed.

The location for Prague was magnificent, not far from the restaurant, the central square and other tourist sites and shopping and several areas. In Perly Asie you could have Czech meals. Our superior room was equipped with amazingly gigantic beds, bath and WIFI. We had an electric kettle and glassware.

Twin/double room was neat and new-fashioned. Bed was extremely comfy. Location in the heart of the city was a plus.

The hotel was in an excellent location, in the Italian restaurant next door. The room itself was well priced and had great views across the old town.

The venue's position was very central. We ate at a charming restaurant for breakfast. The service was fantastic with parking nearby.

The staff were all efficient, outstandingly friendly. The room was new-fashioned, neat with an exceptional view over city.

It was christmas and we would come here again. The breakfast was hot and savoury with bacon and goodies, as example, so much to pick from.

The hotel is absolutely fabulous and incredibly beautiful, it has perfectly pleasant staff that The Merchant's management uses.

Elegant, huge unit with an original painted ceiling, view to the Lady before Tyn plus a very large bed. Savoury and tasty breakfast, great food choice.

Everything was good, nice staff, gorgeous views across the old town. The location was marvellous and stunning for walking around a historic square. Moreover, it was adjacent to Close to the main square, modern areas of shopping, and Taxi to airport. The continental breakfast was hot, had a lot of options.

Amazing and wonderful location, right in the center inside a very quiet courtyard.

Reasonably priced and air-conditioned room and bathroom with a bathtub.

The hotel had a magnificent and amazing location right next to Astronomical Clock. The stuff where efficient and food was outstanding! Superior queen room was great-sized and tastefully decorated with a modern bathroom.

Plus, the location is marvellous and brilliant, minutes from a historic square. The units were quiet and immaculate with large beds.

We thoroughly enjoyed it, it was GOAT! Marvellous location and nice breakfast. Hotel was very clean.
