The employees are fantastic and wonderful.

The place was wonderful and had pleasant staff at the reception desk, greatly enjoyed the stay. The breakfast was hearty with beverages and gluten free products and fresh meats to choose from. The hotel had great location close enough to tourist sites such as the Palace, Charles Bridge and the Old Town as well as Praque castle.

Thoroughly enjoyed the standard double room, wouldn't mind staying there all day. I️ had a lovely view overlooking the city.

The stay here was wonderful at the christmas time. The room was spotless and unique and it had shower facilities, a hair dryer, and bath sheets, that's cool.

Overall - beautiful little and modern place with excellent staff at the reception desk. Location - stunning really close to charles bridge and main tram & metro station, Prague attractions, and the establishment. Besides, easy to get to Saint Saviour Pimlico.

The bed with hypoallergenic pillows was exceptionally comfortable and the room itself was extremely spacious.

We really enjoyed the very central location and how fairly clean the place was kept. Our room was airy, included a private safe, a mini-bar, and central heating. Exceedingly nice and exceptionally pleasant staff gave advice on things to do. The breakfast was more than adequate and rich with view down street, pastries, smoked salmon, the restaurant was particularly good.

The staff were very bad, didn't expect that coming.

Truly enjoyed our stay, had enjoyable 3 days overall. The room was top-class, large and complete with spacious bathroom and an amazing sweeping view. More than adequate and hearty breakfast with wide varieties was available.

We were there for 5 days, everything was perfect, really enjoyed its marvellous and beautiful location so close to Nerudova, one of the most interesting and lively streets in the city, and the public transport.

Nicely decorated hotel, modern, brand-new rooms with efficient aircon and clean towels.

The rooms were airy with an amazing view, excellent toiletries, for example as described. The location was marvellous, for example, a vast castle complex was within a close distance from the hotel. A monastery and a palace were steps away from the accommodation.

My stay was fab at the christmas time. The stuff was fantastic and wonderful all the time. Unbeatable and stunning location, the breakfast was incredible with sweet and pastries and mini pancakes. Greatly enjoyed this petite hotel, strongly recommend.

Stylish brand-new place, it has magnificent and beautiful location close to the castle, Loreto and Monastery, the main attractions and the center of the city, 100m from the Prazsky Grad. The staff are extremely friendly and offer wake up calls and ironing free of charge.

Beautiful central location, really close to the castle, Loreto sanctuary, and Strahovske monastery, restaurants, souvenirs shops and minimarkets and tourist attractions. The room brand-new and top-class, bed comfortable.

All in all everything was perfect, had an amazing stay at the christmas time. All of the staff members were unfailingly friendly and outstandingly accommodating. The rooms were new-fashioned and unique, had smoke detectors for safety. A wide array of meals for breakfast, it was more than adequate and rich.

The rooms are airy with good bathrooms. The location is stunning, 2 km from Cafe Slavia. It is also near restaurants and bars.

By and large, it was stylish place with efficient staff at the reception desk. The location was marvellous and brilliant, close to Malostranske namesti. Was in a peaceful area and near restaurants and bars. The hotel had a lovely bar and a good restaurant. We appreciated staying here and would stay here again.

Its location not too far from an iron tower was unbeatable. I liked best staff and modern interior. My room was top quality and airy and featured stunningly beautiful view.

I was satisfied with neat and unique rooms complete with a wonderful view and a couch plus TV. By the way, I paid gbp 17 per day to park the car. The hotel was in the central setting on the left side-amazing Renessance palace of 16th century.

The food was fabulous with lots of alternatives. The breakfast was hearty and sensational, the check in was early.
