I thoroughly enjoyed the staff, they are helpful.

Some of the staff members were amicable and kind. The location was great in a quiet area, next to Very close to the night life as well as all the main sites.

The location is excellant and they have parking on site. A train station is close to the property.

The location was great and unbeatable, for example, Staromestske namesti was just a short stroll away from the hotel. The area was fairly quiet adjacent to Prague, Wenceslas Square and the Old Town and the town center.

The staff were helpful, no complaint. The room was huge and big size, it came with beautiful decor, balcony and hot tub.

Stayed here for 4 nights and loved our choice. The staff were accommodating, and the room was large and huge with bathroom, vey lux feel and beautiful decor. The location was perfect, with a main station walk from the hotel. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Vytopna Railway Restaurant.

Absolutely fabulous room with a nice bathroom and a kitchenette area and a sofa sleeper. Kind staff and management. Great and particularly good location very close to everything, and 10 minute walk from Wenceslas Square.

The rooms were huge and absolutely fabulous, included a dining area, a seating area and ironing facilities. The location was particularly good, within a close distance from a historic square.

The stuff was amicable - we can't wait to come back. Besides, the location was decent for our stay, within 20 minutes' walk of a medieval timepiece. The service was exceptional, totally satisfied.

Satisfied with the hotel, it's a fantastic base for staying in Prague. The staff are very attentive and helpful. Plus, the location is marvellous and incredible, minutes from Wenceslas Square.

In general the service was excellent. Moreover, it was easy to park on-site.

Reasonably large and huge units with 1 stand alone toilet and vey lux feel plus beautiful decor, and the staff were accommodating. The location was absolutely perfect for walking around Wenceslas Square.

Excellent accommodation with amazing setting short walk to Very close to the night life, all the highlights, and Wenceslas Square-banks. Lots of goodies for breakfast. What an affable and kind staff! Early check-in, parking on-site.

We had a really great stay thanks to hotel's accommodating staff. The room was huge especially in bedrooms, loved it. The property had a very central location and it was so close to The State Opera.

The apartment I got was included with 2 double beds and hot tub plus fully-equipped facilities;))

There were comfortable beds and a dining area, a sitting area and ironing facilities inside the room. A bath was amazing and everything was modern.

Their staff were moody.

Helpful staff and marvellous location! We stayed in an apartment with a private safe, central heating and a study table. Plus, free WiFi was available. 15 mins walk to the centre. Main tube station is just a pleasant stroll away from the property.

So glad we choose it, it's amazing base for staying in Prague...
