Ea Hotel Crystal Palace

Guest room was silent and the food was freshly made. The hotel was in a magnificent location, by trams in the vicinity. It was also really close to the historical center as well as Old Town in a walking distance.

Everything was fine, I would recommend. Enjoyed my very very good stay for a business trip. The breakfast was amazing, marvellous with a nice view. Central location of this budget hotel was a bonus.

The location was good for destinations we were going to. The fact that Mustek tube station was some 10 minutes away was a plus.

We expected there would be balcony.

We had guest room with double bed. It was in a perfect and comfortable location in tourist area.

Unbeatable and convenient location in Prague 2 district so close to the supermarket, Wenceslas Square, where shopping stores and restaurants are located and the post office. Also, close to the citycentre.

Smelly bathroom.

The staff was attentive, the bathroom was pleasant. The location was reasonably priced, for example, a medieval timepiece was at a short distance from the hotel. Plus it was max 15 mins walk to the lake.

The staff were affable, perfect and convenient location close to many restaurants. The room was high-class and air conditioned and offered a hairdryer and shower facilities, so that guests had essentials.

The units are immaculately clean and silent with a mirror in bedroom. The breakfast is sensational and amazing, and the location is marvellous short walk to tourist area, and the historical center. Excellent and attentive staff as one would expect.

Had great stay for a business trip and the weather was warm sunny. The location was marvellous and awesome, just next door to the tram / bus / metro, in a good area. Prague 2 district was worth exploring.

Good and amazing location, it was not far from the central station. And it was just a short walk away from Al Tagliere, ate there couple of times.

The breakfast was sensational and very good, such variety, with various products. The hotel had a central location and it was not very far from Palac Lucerna Concert Venue.

The weather was warm sunny, had such great stay for a business trip. The location was marvellous - ease of access to Palac Lucerna Concert Venue. Had carbonated drinks in the lobby bar.

The room was brand-new with balcony and I liked very supportive staff. The location was reasonable, within walking distance of a cultural monument.

Had good and unbeatable location to everything Prague has to offer in the city center. The breakfast was sensational and very very good and with great views, the staff was ACCOMMODATING.

Variety of food for breakfast, which was fresh to satisfy everyone. The location was absolutely perfect and amazing, within easy walking distance of Wenceslas Square. The staff was excellent, kept everything clean and modern.

The queen room was silent with a mirror in bedroom. The staff, everyone, was attentive. The location of the hotel was unbeatable and amazing - not too far from Cafe Slavia. Moreover, the area was very quiet.

It had stunning location with access to Palac Lucerna Concert Venue nearby. The view was great and the staff were attentive and welcoming...

Everything was great, had a great stay for a business trip. Location: the hotel was adjacent to the Wenceslas square, Prague and city centre. Local fast food option Can Bey Doner Kebab was 5 minutes walk away.

the room was spotless and air conditioned, i stayed here for 3 nights. the staff was affable, provided a quick check-in and a fast check-out.

Our stay here was COMFORTABLE, excellent place for exploring Prague. The beds were good in our room.

One could dine at restaurants such as U Pravdu 10 minutes away. 25 minutes' drive to the airport

Bed was comfy, great night sleep. Good breakfast, thanks a lot. Comfortable base for a vacation in Prague.
