It was an exceptional place, had well-trained and customer-focused staff on reception desk. The location was central, right by Near Florenc train station, and the casino, and there were historic sites and a cathedral near the venue.

The staff are competent, the hotel is luxury and with top location just next door to tram stations and most attractions such as The Old Town square and Astronomical clock. The lobby bar offers strong drinks.

The hotel is stunningly beautiful, has incredibly welcoming staff on reception desk. The units are compact, beautifully designed with laundry, mini bar plus a specious bathroom. There is a lovely à la carte restaurant, for breakfast.

Large room with firm mattresses and very comfortable beds plus modern decoration. Customer-facing and so hospitable staff who ensured that logistical arrangements are well organized, and easy location. A few minutes walk to a shopping mall and a main shopping street, at the end of the road.

The location is top and the best and there is a tube station close to the hotel. Would stay again in this relaxing area.

1st class and good value place with excellent Wi-Fi and à la carte restaurant. Easy location across the Bila Labut station, in the particularly great area. Plus, just a walking distance from Palladium Mall. A nice size rooms with a stunning view to the Castle. Particular good mention to the genuinely professional and competent personnel on reception desk.

The total stay was enjoyable for a business trip. The breakfast was warm and large, the food was great, slices of fresh bread, cereals, and eggs available. I enjoyed that it was close to an underground station.

Marvellous and lovely location to a tram station. Pretty close to the airport, 20 km. Continental breakfast with the piano music, and with slices of fresh bread, eggs, and meats.

The location of the hotel was easy, to the main bus station. It was also close enough to old city center as well as the Chain bridge.

Our room was brand-new and stocked with triple single beds. Perfect and convenient location, we were right by the mini restaurant, the historic center and the subway station and old town. There was Burger King nearby to grab something to eat.

All in all, it's lovely welcoming place that has genuinely professional and well-trained staff at reception desk and reservation department. The breakfast has generous and extensive options with fresh egg Omelette and sparkling wine, as example.

I ate at a really nice restaurant with a larger menu. It was an ideal location walk from a subway station.

In overall the room was fully-equipped and well-kept and for computer n printer. Everything was cool, including generous and rich breakfasts with fresh products and a glas of bubbles and waffles.

They offer compact, soundproof rooms with shower, king bed and a bath tub.

Modern and fancy property with a heated pool. Very central location, best base for discovering Prague. Connected to a tube station close to the hotel.

We had a perfect 10/10 2 nights stay. The location was magnificent, in the Prague 1 district and in front of a bus stop. This hotel was set in a shopping area. Booked a room with magnificent views of the cathedral. The bed was comfy, the staff were caring.

The food was fabulous and the bar was pleasant. The room was well-organised and high standard with a supacomfy bed when I arrived.

The location was ideal - near restaurants and bars. The rooms were brand-new with nice bath and shower, you feel like home.

I didn't find pool, so was a little disappointed.

The setting was comfortable, close enough to various shops and bars on the doorstep, most tourist spots and the metro system. Prague 1 district was worth exploring. Loved the rooms, they were well-kept with 3 single beds. The location was top and quiet, near the landmarks and attractions, Namesty Republiky metro stations and great transport links. Besides, the hotel was 1 km away from a historic square.

It had very very bad views.

Had just perfect stay with better service and the weather was pleasant. The restaurant was really nice for breakfast here, I had excellent dishes. The location was particularly good - an easy walk to everywhere I wanted to go.

The whole place was fairly clean and the staff were helpful and incredibly attentive. We booked deluxe queen room and could use wake-up service, available in it. The hotel restaurant was very nice with great food and efficient staff.

Everything there were very good, including very good facilities. The location was unbeatable and decent for walking around The City of Prague Museum. Set close to an underground station, which helped to explore Prague. Our deluxe queen room was soundproof, neat. The team provided an exceptional service. Efficient check-in was a bonus:)))

We stayed here before, always recently refurbished and air conditioned rooms with my own antibacteria wipes. The breakfast was delicious - lots of meals - cereals, eggs and breads. The check-in was efficient, we loved bistro bar.

The rooms with 2 single beds, the most funky marble bathroom, for instance, customer-facing staff at reception desk and reservation department. Classic queen room was compact. The hotel offered reasonably priced breads, eggs and meats to start the morning with. The staff were incredibly welcoming and outstandingly accommodating and the location was magnificent close to the shopping area.

Views are stunning, hotel is overall clean. It has a decent location just off the town center, Prague and the old Náměstí Republiky. Prague 1 district certainly deserves to be visited.

Extremely comfy bed in the classic room, plus a work desk, coffee/tea makers and TV with satellite channels. Nicely decorated private bathroom.

The location was peaceful, only 5 minutes walk to Up & Down. The breakfast offered lots of delightful meals.

Everything was excellent, personnel was accommodating. The room was neat and perfect with boulevard view and we appreciated the stay. The facilities were good and easy to use. They recommended a nice restaurant for breakfast.

The staff was pleasant - I would stay here again. The hotel was set in a central area really close to old town, shops and taxi at 5 in the morning. There was Loving Hut nearby, offering quick meals.

The single room was spacious with very clean beds.
