No reason to complain, thanks for a really really nice stay. There is a traditional breakfast for a start. The room is lovely looking and newly renovated with balcony, also they can offer wake-up service. The hotel provides a friendly service. The airport is 20 km away.

The place was clean, well-equipped rooms. The restaurant was good for breakfast of needs reconstruction, we ordered appetising dishes.

The location was fantastic and the staff was attentive during the whole stay! Had a huge queen room, which allowed us to enjoy superb view of courtyard.

The hotel had a central location, close to a theatre and a castle. Very responsive and helpful staff who were always there to help. This was exactly the family suite I wanted in Prague.

Public parking nearby provided. Nice bed in family suite with an electronic key card, a work desk, and a TV.

It was clean and the staff were polite and courteous, beds were exceptionally comfortable.

Amazing location, traditional and absolutely fantastic breakfast with a good choice of food.

This hotel was set in a very central area just next door to the Old town, clock, theatres, restaurants, shops etc-a 5-10 minute walk, centre of Prague and the center, near the shops. Luckily it was close to A Cafe, had pastries there when it was very hot outside. The breakfast was served in the bar and the food was outstanding.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were absolutely rude.

The great and stunning location was within short walking distance to Mathew Street. We got exceptional services, great value.

Great and absolutely brilliant place with nice staff who said he was the manager. Incredibly spacious rooms with nice bathroom, and great restaurant. So many astonishing options for breakfast, such as eggs and pancakes.

High quality and nice looking accommodation with extremely helpful staff in good service. Central location, characterful base for discovering Prague. Again, not far from a medieval timepiece.

Overall it was beautifully maintained with balcony. Very helpful and attentive personnel in good service, paid attention to every detail.

The staff were responsible and took care of me. The breakfast was traditional and hot with lots of food and welcome drinks.

I was there for 3 nights and ate at traditional restaurant for breakfast.

The room we had was well-kept with a king size bed. The location was excellent and perfect, close to the town centre and Metro access to the wider Prague and easily accessible. Prague 1 district was worth visiting.

Excellent location only a short distance to Na Prikope Street. Good restaurant not too far from the hotel.

The units are brand-new and well-kept with the balcony. Plus, the location is absolutely perfect, minutes from a historic square.

I had en suite, brand-new room with nice bathroom, coffee, jacuzzi bath, had good night's sleep.

The room was a nice size with the balcony and they provided wake-up service when I asked. The venue's position was central. Fast food restaurant Yammy was located 5 minutes walk away.

The queen room we stayed in was huge. The bed was large, the amenities included a personal safe, air conditioner and a minibar.

Luxurious hotel, it was worth its 5 stars. The location close to a castle and a theatre was best possible. Besides, the area was shopping, next to a tranquil garden. Overall the service was excellent.

Loved the elegant-style building and our stylish room. You could leave a car on-site. The location was unbeatable and best possible for visiting restaurants and bars close to the hotel.

Location: the hotel was just next door to Wenceslas square of Prague and Prague castle, the Bronze statue of Freddie Kruger and the Christmas market. The service was exceptional with parking in the basement of the venue.

Make sure to get family king suite with nice bathroom, a king size bed, as for instance.
