The breakfast was delicious and well presented with Champagne. The hotel was located in the centre of the city.

Our room itself was tasteful and clean with balcony. The service here was BRILLIANT.

As for me the location is marvellous and brilliant, right by a tube station. And its minutes from restaurants and a zoo. They have a great restaurant which is very priceworthy and serves very tasty food, that was a definite bonus.

Wake-up service, available in my deluxe queen room, was a nice bonus. Had nice facilities like a private safe, a minibar and a sofa bed. The location was marvellous and brilliant, close to metro, it's a plus.

The location was marvellous for traveling around Prague, very close to the next subway, and the centre. Prague 8 district was worth visiting. I've booked comfort king room and everything was great. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the staff were pleasant and kind people from the person at the reception till the waiter.

It deserves its 4 stars. We think it's an excellent base for staying in Prague. Thoroughly enjoyed that the hotel was close enough to the train station, 20 minutes' walk.

The hotel was situated only a short distance to every place we wanted to explore, like karlin. One of the best American breakfasts in Czech Republic. Beds were great. Consistent prices and free WiFi in the rooms.
